Completing Module 1: Running Effective Meetings (16 hrs)
Completing Module 2: Co-Working in a Self-Determined Team (24 hrs)
Participating in 4 mentored study groups (10 hrs)
Facilitating 10 client meetings (20 hrs)
Writing up a facilitation report for each facilitated meeting (10 reports)
Preparing a certification report from the 10 facilitation experiences
Attending a certification interview with two already certified facilitators (2 hrs)
The value of this skill and competence-building program is $2,500.
